Description: Main Street Station Train Shed is a two-story structure originally designed by the Wilson Brothers. Built in 1901, it is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. This project included a complete rehabilitation of the original steel structure, new glass curtain wall facade, wood framed roof to approximate original construction, and a complete renovation of the existing facility to serve as a train station/multi-modal transportation center, Virginia state welcome center, and various other commercial uses.
