Bill has established and continues to maintain a professional rapport with clients, architects, contractors and employees.

Bobby Garland

With 30 years of experience, Bobby Garland has developed a superior knowledge of all phases of construction. His background includes conceptual construction preplanning and budgeting, project estimating and scheduling, contract negotiation and award, project management and cost control monitoring. Bobby has been with Taylor & Parrish since 1985 and has continued the company’s reputation for quality work and professional integrity.

John Locher

Principal

John Locher : Principal

John Locher has extensive experience in the construction industry having been in the capacity of principal, regional manager, operations manager, project manager, project engineer and project superintendent for over 27 years. His responsibilities have included management of pre-construction services, value engineering, constructibility reviews, project scheduling, cost and quality control, safety, budget maintenance, preparation of requests for proposals, bid scope reviews, negotiations and awards and all other aspects of project leadership and construction. John has been in the leadership positions of Project Manager and Superintendent on several major projects. Through his experiences and responsibility, John has developed a reputation as an exceptional manager and builder.
